WHO WE ARE
The American Journal of Transformational Leadership (AJTL) is an academic forum on leadership replicating the study and practice of leadership through three essential elements of modern governance –the leaders, the led, and the surrounding condition. Great leadership strategists and voices would concur that “Leadership” as a discipline is the most studied but least understood. Saddled with various definitions, theories, and research studies, dissecting the complexities surrounding the language of effective leadership have been associated with organizational success. The American Journal of Transformational Leadership (AJTL) is an academic platform on effective leadership and management, with a core mission to breed effective leaders and managers of today for tomorrow’s success.
AJTL’s Mission and Core Objectives directs the teaching of exploration of the most fundamental elements of leadership as it reflects a constant interaction of the leaders, the followers, and the adjoining contexts. The aforementioned Mission and Core Objectives are concomitant with other substantial purpose statements;
- Development of leaders whose accomplishments would enrich the meaning and quality of the lives they touch
- Facilitate the sharing of knowledge of leadership for a greater society.
- Encourage a creation and development of innovative high quality learning environments and provide an integrated program on effective leadership for aspiring leaders.
Leadership Development Our Team
■ AJTL’s vigorous team is made up of seasoned faculty members for recognized colleges, entrepreneurs, leadership gurus, and an internationally-renowned dons in leadership positions. AJTL’s Leadership Development faculty team is among the hand-picked in the management and leadership education business.
■ AJTL’s Advisory Board for Leadership Development provides input and guidance to the strategic direction of programming of our operational structures; shares personal expertise and networks to assist toward meeting strategic goals; and enhance the intellectual capacity to expedite program relevancy.
AJTL’s Leadership Development faculty team is among the hand-picked in the management and leadership education business. The administration is coordinated by Nellie Onwuchekwa (General Secretary of the Journal).
