Fellow of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership
FELLOWS recognizes individual contribution at policymaking capacity in leadership or management through workforce experience, or higher education and research. A Fellow of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership is an academic membership. This affiliation is for individuals engaged in the workforce, teaching, lecturing and research in the respective disciplines. A Fellow must have a minimum of a conferred doctoral degree in an academic field of study. A doctoral Degree requires three years of study, or more, beyond the master’s degree level. Doctoral dissertation topics are required as part of the application process.
Associates of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership
Just like a FELLOW, ASSOCIATE recognizes individual contribution at policymaking capacity in leadership or management through workforce experience, or higher education and research. An Associate of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership is a professional membership. This affiliation is for individuals engaged in the workforce, teaching, lecturing and research in the respective disciplines. An Associate must have a minimum of a conferred Master’s Degree in an academic field of study, and a minimum of TWO YEARS post Master’s degree field experience.
Member of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership
MEMBER recognizes novice employees or new college graduate as they pierce through challenges of professional development. A Member of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership is a professional membership. This affiliation is for individuals engaged in the workforce, teaching, lecturing and research in the respective disciplines. A Member must have a minimum of a conferred Bachelor’s Degree in an academic field of study.
DOCTORAL STUDENTS
Registered DOCTORAL STUDENTS are AJTL MEMBERS. A Doctoral Student ‘Member’ of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership is a prospective academic member. This affiliation is for individuals pursuing their Doctorate Degrees in any recognized global institution. Membership application process requires institution of higher learning, and course of study.

Board of trustee approves the date for member-induction and official call into the College of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership. More information are provided in the member-only site.
The Convocation of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership is biennial ceremony whereby the College recognizes and applauds its new Fellows and the recipients of various honors. It is an exclusive ceremony of tradition and renewal constituted to reward and recognize membership excellence and distinguished contributions to the various executive fields of practice and service delivery.
■ Certificate of Distinction
Members or affiliated entities are assessed to perfection. All members are offered membership “Certificate of Distinction.” This certificate allows individual members or affiliated entities to display the Journals membership logo in their papers, websites; and as references.
■ Networking
AJTL provide incomparable networking opportunities, allowing members to connect with their peers, mentors, and other industry leaders. To strengthen these values, our members are granted access to conventions, seminars, award dinners and other related events with like-minded professionals in the field.
AJTL meetings and other events represent an incredible opportunity for members to meet and network with the largest gathering of peers in the academic community. Networking with numerous other professionals often offers a broader perspective in the scholastic market.

AJTL offers members discounted rates in all events including conventions, seminars, award dinners and other related activities. Additionally, AJTL partners with various companies to offer discounted services to its members.

ALTL is leasing with prospective sponsors to offer annual scholarships to student members as well as children of immediate families of members pursuing careers in healthcare.

Registered DOCTORAL STUDENTS are AJTL MEMBERS. A Doctoral Student ‘Member’ of the American Journal of Transformational Leadership is a prospective academic member. This member are allowed free access to all resources available to the AJTL website for both academic development and post-doctoral career opportunities.
